On Wednesday 22nd of February, law school at the American University in Afghanistan held the second lecture in the rule of law lecture series. Prof. Goldfarb delivered a lecture titled “Universal Human Rights As If.” The lecture challenged students to think about their civic engagements as rights affirming and rights creating activities.
